We import truly original toys to the Czech Republic that are not available in other stores, and if they are, they come from us – from our wholesale store.

95% of our goods are in stock. If our individual goods are marked as in stock, we actually have them physically in our own warehouse, ready for immediate collection. We ship goods on the day of the order (cash on delivery) or on the day of receipt of payment to our account. This means that you can have the goods within 24 hours.

We offer only high-quality toys at low prices thanks to bulk purchases directly from the manufacturer and our low margin. We are not ruthless gold diggers, and we choose our sales prices wisely. We select and supply only high-quality toys certified for sale in the EU. We have declarations of conformity from all individual manufacturers or importers to the EU, including ourselves, for all our wooden toys. All our branded wooden toys are perfectly crafted and safe for your children.

If you receive a defective toy, we will cover the cost of replacement and shipping. We will exchange the goods or refund your payment.

We send goods by Czech Post Parcel Delivery for CZK 94 when paying by bank transfer. Czech Post guarantees delivery within 24 hours of dispatch for commercial parcels. For cash on delivery (also Parcel Delivery within 24 hours), the price is CZK 111. We also ship goods via PPL or GEIS for CZK 99 when paying by bank transfer. PPL and GEIS also guarantee delivery within 24 hours of dispatch. For cash on delivery via PPL or GEIS, the price is CZK 124.

If you order toys worth over CZK 2,500 from us, you will not be charged for shipping. We will send the goods to you at our expense, see the terms and conditions.

We want to save you money on shipping and offer you the option of picking up your toys in person at Zásilkovna.cz pickup locations throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia for a small fee of only CZK 65. You can also pick up your goods by cash on delivery for CZK 85. More detailed information HERE.

We greatly value our Slovak customers and also operate our online store on the Slovak domain www.dvedeti.sk. We strive to bring our wooden toys as close to you as possible and accommodate you by saving on shipping and bank fees.
  We ship goods to Slovakia for only €5.20 with a delivery time of 4 working days. Compared to other online stores, this amount is half to a third of the price.

We offer you the option of paying for your order in advance by bank transfer. We then ship the goods on the day we receive payment for shipping at CZK 74. We also have an account in Slovakia so that our Slovak customers do not have to pay
high bank fees for international transfers. You therefore only pay the standard bank fees for domestic transfers.

Your children already know our wooden toys. We cooperate with many kindergartens, schools, after-school clubs, and art clubs. And because both children and teachers are happy with our wooden toys, we believe that our cooperation with these organizations will continue to grow.
