Delivery options and pricing within the European Union

We deliver orders within the European Union using trusted local carrier partners. Depending on the destination country, we offer the following delivery options:

  • Home delivery (courier) – delivery directly to your address
  • Pickup point delivery – delivery to a nearby pickup point (available in selected countries)

All delivery prices are listed in EUR and exclude VAT.. The applicable VAT rate is calculated according to the destination country and added at checkout.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery time within the European Union is typically 2–6 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination country and local carrier partner.

Important delivery information

  • Products marked as IN STOCK are physically available in our warehouse and are dispatched as soon as possible after order confirmation.
  • If a product is not marked as IN STOCK, delivery time corresponds to the current availability information and may be longer.
  • During peak seasons (especially November and December), dispatch and delivery times may be extended.
  • Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and depend on external factors beyond our control.
  • For oversized or heavy shipments, we reserve the right to contact customers individually to arrange the most suitable delivery method. Free shipping does not apply to bulky items such as playgrounds and their modules.
