These Terms and Conditions apply to the sale of goods through the online shop operated at www.2kidstoys.com for customers located in the European Union (“EU”).

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the mutual rights and obligations arising in connection with or based on a purchase contract (“Contract”) concluded between Dvěděti.cz s.r.o. (“Seller”, “we”) and a customer (“Buyer”, “you”) through the e-shop operated at www.2kidstoys.com (“Website”).

1.2. Any provisions deviating from these Terms may be agreed in the Contract. Such deviating provisions shall prevail.

1.3. These Terms form an integral part of the Contract. The Contract is concluded in the English language.

1.4. We may amend or update these Terms. The version effective at the time of placing the order shall apply.

2.1. The Buyer may create a customer account by registering on the Website. Orders may also be placed without registration.

2.2. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information.

2.3. Login credentials are confidential. The Buyer shall not allow third parties to access their account.

2.4. We may disable a customer account, especially if it is inactive for more than 6 months or if the Buyer breaches obligations under the Contract.

3.1. All product presentations on the Website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer.

3.2. Prices are shown including VAT, unless stated otherwise.

3.3. Shipping methods, delivery options and shipping costs depend on the destination country and are displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed.

3.4. The order is placed by clicking the button “Place order with obligation to pay” (or equivalent wording).

3.5. The Contract is concluded when we confirm acceptance of the order by e-mail.

4.1. Prices are displayed primarily in EUR (€). Prices include VAT in accordance with EU VAT rules.

4.2. For cross-border EU sales we apply the OSS (One Stop Shop) scheme, where applicable.

4.3. Payment method: PayPal (online payment).

4.4. We may cancel an order in case of unavailability, pricing errors or suspected misuse. Any payment received will be refunded without undue delay.

5.1. Delivery is provided via PPL and its local delivery partners in the destination country.

5.2. Estimated delivery time within the EU is typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.

5.3. The Buyer is obliged to accept the goods upon delivery.

6.1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

6.2. The Buyer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

7.1. The Seller is responsible for ensuring that goods are in conformity with the Contract.

7.2. Consumer rights may be determined by the laws of the EU Member State of the Buyer’s habitual residence, where these provide a higher level of protection.

Personal data are processed in accordance with GDPR (EU) 2016/679. Details are provided in the separate Privacy Policy published on the Website.

Cookies are used in accordance with our Cookie Policy and cookie consent banner.

11.1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of the Buyer’s country of residence.
