Returns

You can return goods purchased from us without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt.

How to return goods?

  1. Pack the goods carefully, ideally in their original packaging, to prevent damage during transport.
  2. Please include the following in the package:
    • order number or invoice number
    • bank account number for refund
  3. Send the goods to our address or to a Zásilkovna pickup point (see below).

Do not send goods cash on delivery – we do not accept cash on delivery shipments.

When will we refund your money?

We will refund your money within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same method of payment used for the order, or by bank transfer upon agreement.

Important information

  • The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.
  • The goods must be unused, undamaged, and complete.
  • Returns do not apply to:
    • goods customized to order,
    • perishable goods,
    • hygienically sealed goods after unpacking,
    • audio/video media and software after the packaging has been broken.
  • If a gift is included with the order, it must also be returned when returning the goods.
