(hereinafter referred to as the "administrator"), with its registered office at Sadová 618, 738 01, Frýdek-Místek, declares that, based on the customer's consent, it processes personal data including name, surname (for entrepreneurs also business name, ID number, and registered office), contact details (email address, telephone number, mailing address), transaction data, specific data (e.g., GPS) for uploaded photos, information from telephone call records or other interactions between the company and the customer for marketing purposes within the meaning of Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and on the basis of Act No. 101/2000 Coll. This concerns data that Dvěděti.cz s.r.o. obtains directly from customers or from cooperating third parties. The customer is hereby aware that they are giving their consent for other users to have access to some of their personal data (first name, last name). The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the customer's consent given to the controller.

The purpose of personal data processing is to offer products and services provided by Dvěděti.cz s.r.o. and cooperating third parties, including through electronic channels, as well as marketing processing, analysis, and profiling with the aim of tailoring its offer to customer needs and improving the quality of services provided.

The actual use of information is preceded by its processing, in particular so-called marketing data processing. This includes statistical and mathematical analyses aimed at gaining insight into customer behavior, various customer profiling and segmentation, and reporting.

Consent is voluntary, so the customer has the right to information about how we process your data at any time, as well as the right to correct and delete personal data, the right to restrict the processing of personal data, and the right to object to the processing or file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection or with us. You also have the right to check your data in the database at any time or to ask Dvěděti.cz s.r.o. to provide it to you in a machine-readable format.
