The history of the BRIO brand began in 1884 with its founder, Ivar Bengtsson. Today, BRIO is a global company that owns brands such as Brio, Alga, Simo, and Carena. BRIO is divided into two divisions: BRIO TOY and BRIO BABY. BRIO TOY is a distributor of toys for the Northern European market. The products are purchased from suppliers and distributed to end consumers through specialized stores. BRIO BABY develops, manufactures, and sells strollers and accessories, car seats, and children's furniture.
