Birch trees occur in the wild alongside spruce, fir, beech, larch, and many other tree species. Whether in a field or a dense forest, the "two-trunk birch" can be used very individually in a landscape scene. It creates a lovingly reconstructed landscape.

The NOCH PROFI tree series includes a very wide selection of realistic model trees.

With the large PROFI trees, particularly impressive solitary trees are now also available. All PROFI trees are carefully handcrafted in our own factory in Vietnam. For example, the trunks are hand-painted and given a matte finish to prevent an unnatural, plastic sheen. Thanks to a special fleece that is incorporated into the branches of the tree, the crown of leaves gains greater volume. PROFI trees are covered with high-quality NOCH foliage. This specially milled and elaborately colored material resembles the shape and color of the foliage of real trees.

The German company Noch was founded in 1911 by Oswald Noch as a plumbing company. Over the past 100 years, it has survived two world wars and nationalization in the GDR. It has been manufacturing model trains and accessories for the past 75 years, initially as a side business. Later, it came to the fore and slowly but surely brought the company to where it is today. Noch is now run by the fourth generation and employs over 80 people. During its more than 100-year history, Noch has made many technical innovations, and its products have revolutionized the production of model railways. These include realistic grass and trees, and technology for producing model buildings and figures. As their logo says, Noch models are like the real thing.
