The Czech Railways sleeper car belongs to the Y series of model cars. The new Y series models are characterized by their accurate reproduction of the prototype cars. The car is based on actual cars operated by Czech Railways, which provides authenticity when assembling a specific railway operation. The ČD 2nd class sleeping car is an excellent addition to model railways, with a realistic appearance and attention to detail, such as sharp and very distinctive engravings in the door area, sophisticated bogies, and a car floor complete with units. The cars can be enhanced with the additional installation of interior lighting, which will be particularly effective during nighttime operation.
