The winner of international competitions for the best educational toy of the year has been very popular among people for 35 years. The toy develops fine motor skills and logical thinking, and offers children an exciting race against time.
Rami is celebrating 35 years of success. This toy, which boasts a number of victories in international competitions for the best educational toy of the year, remains modern and unique thanks to its entertaining and educational qualities. Using levers that must be controlled with the right visual-motor coordination, the individual tracks are released so that the colored balls reach the appropriate target boxes. The toy reflects the principle on which computers are based. Each target box corresponds to a specific position of the four rods and thus to a combination of zeros and ones, i.e., binary numbers. A screen covering the tracks is used to test the player's skills. In addition to developing fine motor skills and logical thinking, Rami also offers an exciting race against time.
Key features:
- develops fine motor skills and logical thinking
- offers children an exciting race against time
- awarded the "Right Toy" title

The "Right Toy" label is awarded to products that are aimed at preschool children and excel in particular in their educational qualities, but also in their high standard of workmanship, comfort of use, and aesthetic level. The aim of the award's creators is to provide guidance and appeal to parents and educators who want to influence the direction of the market and consider the healthy personal development of children to be of paramount importance. In this way, the creators want to encourage the expansion and development of new valuable toys and games. The award has been presented since 1994 and is a joint project of the Association for Toys and Games, the Toy Association of the Union of Fine Artists of the Czech Republic, and the Association for Preschool Education. These associations, together with the Museum of Decorative Arts in Prague and the Municipal Museum in Kamenice nad Lipou, award the prize at the Hračkobraní festival, which has been held annually since 2006 at the castle in Kamenice nad Lipou, where you can also see a permanent exhibition of all the award-winning toys.

The company's history dates back to the 1950s, to its founder Alessandro Quercetti, an enthusiastic pilot who took over a small factory in Turin that manufactured mechanical toys. Under his leadership, the company began to develop rapidly and achieved many successes. In 1970, under pressure from orders, the company grew rapidly and the name Alessandro Quercetti became one of the most influential in the world of toys. In the early 1980s, the company introduced the innovative Rami toys, which anticipated the concept of education of the future and introduced children to the binary number system. Together with the later introduced sensorimotor toy Pallino, Rami is still the company's flagship product today, 40 years later, because it fits perfectly into the modern approach to learning. After 2000, marble runs were added to the range, which were immediately appreciated for their innovation and originality. The diverse collection of these runs is still considered the most sophisticated and is regarded as the benchmark in this category of toys. Alessandro Quercetti left the company in 2020 as a man who had dedicated his entire life to designing intelligent toys. His legacy, which the company has taken on, is a relentless pursuit of perfection and a concern for children. In line with these values, the company has also launched a collection of products dedicated to Maria Montessori. The company is still headed by the Quercetti family, people who are passionate about their work and strive to improve processes, quality, and keep production in Italy. Quercetti is one of the few manufacturers that can boast direct control of the entire production chain, from design to delivery, making it a major regional employer in Turin. With 70 years of history, Quercetti remains a modern, conscious, and strong company that adheres to the strictest rules and regulations for quality, safety, and sustainability.
