Roarsome is a beautifully illustrated card game containing 60 double-sided playing cards. The aim of the game is to collect 3 matching cards in a row, for which you earn Roarsome points. The first player to earn 10 points wins. Players take turns drawing cards and placing them on the playing area, trying to form a column or row of 3 matching cards. Each time a match is made, the cards are turned over. A new chance to match... but watch out for dinosaur droppings!

The dinosaur egg-shaped box is made from corn starch, is practical, and very attractive to children. The cards are printed with vegetable-based inks on FSC paper. A game for friends, family, and dinosaur lovers, ages 6 and up, for 2-6 players, average playing time 15 minutes. The package includes instructions in English, French, Italian, German, and Spanish.

Quick instructions:

In this simple card game, the goal is to create as many sets of 3 cards in a row as possible and earn the most Roarsome points. The first player to score 10 points wins. At the beginning of each game, shuffle the deck of cards and lay out 9 cards in a 3x3 grid. Place the remaining cards in the deck on the table – they are double-sided, so it doesn't matter which way they are facing. The grid must always be 3x3.

The player who last saw a dinosaur (fossil, in a fairy tale, in a park) starts. They draw a card from the deck and turn it over. Does this card match any of the cards in the grid? Matches can only be horizontal and vertical, not diagonal. If the card does not match, place it on a free space or on any card in the grid, and the game continues. If the card matches, place the card next to the matching card in the grid. If this completes a trio, take the deck under one of the cards (inclusive), and turn over the remaining two decks of matching cards. A new chance to match! If the newly revealed cards create another match of 3 cards, take one of these stacks and turn over the remaining two. Continue in this manner until you find no more matches on the newly turned cards. Each card collected is worth one point. The first player to earn 10 Roarsome points wins.

There are also special cards in the deck. ROAR cards can be used as any dinosaur or color, and are perfect for creating a secret match if you can imitate a dinosaur well when you play them! Watch out for DINO POOP cards – dinosaur feces. The good news is that if you play this card on your head, you get a point for it. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose...
