The 810 328-5 diesel railcar with a Czech Railways trailer car is a detailed model. To replace the outdated M 131.1 series railcars, the Czechoslovak State Railways purchased new two-axle railcars with the series designation M 152.0. These cars, delivered in series since 1975, were powered by a 155 kW inline six-cylinder engine and reached a maximum speed of 80 km/h. There were 56 seats available in the passenger area.

Over time, many color variants were created. The variant with a beige stripe on the lower part of the body was established by the Czechoslovak State Railways in the 1980s. After the division of the Czechoslovak State Railways, these motor cars, with or without trailers, continued to operate on all regional lines of the Czech Railways (ČD).

The model is new, but some details, such as operating numbers and inscriptions on the frame, are overprinted. Specific details are modified according to the prototype. Overprints may be visible to a certain extent.
