Doudou Jolijou Paris

Jolijou is a French brand of rag dolls belonging to the Doudou group. The company's founder and director, Alain Joly, has been working in the field for 45 years and passes on his knowledge to his team. All products are designed in France, at the company's offices in the Val-d'Oise prefecture. From the first sketch, through modeling, material research, quality, and safety, nothing is left to chance; every detail is important. The Jolijou brand was born in 2005. These rag dolls, which are flexible and lightweight, help with the early development of children from birth to 3 years of age, while for older children up to 8 years of age, they encourage imagination and creativity. By playing with dolls, children can easily understand the adult world through play – we know how much they like to imitate adults. A traditional toy that is suitable for a tolerant parenting style. Children start playing with dolls around 18 months of age, which is why Joulijou dolls are lightweight and easy to handle. Dolls accompany children as they grow, playing a different important role at each age. They help with the development of fine motor skills, cognitive skills, speech, and emotional development. Rag dolls existed as far back as the Roman Empire, making them one of the oldest toys. Historically, they were used as comfort and educational toys, but children also learned to sew on them. Jolijou's product range includes products made from organic cotton, as well as products made from 100% recycled fibers. The dolls are suitable for all children.
