Discover the top of the range with the four-piece ICE 4 set. The train naturally impresses with its molding and roof details, top-quality paintwork and printing, but above all with the various versions of realistic cars in the additional accessories and equipment for connecting a second set. Power is drawn by all wheels of both end cars, ensuring smooth passage through non-powered sections and allowing the set to stop precisely at signals, regardless of the position of the power unit. The model has two powerful motors with flywheels and the torque is transmitted to four wheels with bandages, but all four axles of the drive unit are driven. The white/red lighting changes depending on the direction of travel, and the set is also equipped with complete interior lighting as standard. The model is equipped with a specially designed 20-pin digital decoder with a sound module and speaker, which contains a library of authentic sounds and allows you to control the lights. It is compatible with DCC, Rail-ComPlus®, Motorola®, and Selectrix® protocols and also allows operation in analog mode. It can intelligently recognize the appropriate operating mode. With PIKO SmartControl control units, it offers a wide range of individual mapping options. The model uses non-standard short couplers with connectors.
