Plan Toys has been a successful company in the field of high-quality eco-friendly toy manufacturing for 30 years. The company was founded in 1981 in southern Thailand and continues to operate in this region today. It uses wood from rubber trees that no longer produce latex milk. The company buys this wood from farmers for whom it no longer has any value, but also ensures that new trees are replanted. By using these trees, production is sustainable, eco-friendly, and, moreover, made from high-quality material. The production process is designed to maximize energy savings and minimize waste by using solar energy and biomass. PlanToys uses formaldehyde-free glue and water-based paints in its toy production, which are safe and free of lead and other heavy metals. Recycled paper is used for packaging and printed materials. The toys are FSC® certified (for environmentally friendly, socially beneficial, and economically viable forest management) and ISO 9001 (for high product quality) and 14001 (environmental management). The company has obtained social responsibility accreditation (OHSAS 18001), which attests to its excellent relationship with its employees and the creation of a safe and healthy working environment. Among other things, the company employs people with disabilities, regularly sponsors many activities for children, such as children's clubs, playgrounds, libraries, and playrooms, and even collaborates with mothers of children with various disabilities to create toys that can help these children.
