Czechoslovak State Railways T 466 2050 diesel locomotive. New design!

Version 1 series with smooth cab side wall. Detailed model with many separately usable plug-in parts. Clear view into the driver's cab. Filigree safety railing. Wheel sets with low wheel flanges. Installed driver's cab lighting.

In the 1970s, the former Czechoslovak State Railways (ČSD) were in great need of powerful freight train diesel locomotives for medium-duty shunting and mainline service. A lighter version, the T 466.2, was therefore derived from the T 448 industrial locomotive. It was manufactured by ČKD in Prague from 1977 in nine series (each with minor differences) in a total of 494 units, and ČSD used it in service until 1986.
