Diesel locomotive T 669.0107, ČSD Čmelák - this model represents a superbly crafted diesel locomotive of the T 669.0107 series, which was operated by the Czechoslovak State Railways (ČSD). The locomotive was manufactured according to the Russian export version ЧМЭ3 (Chme3) and, thanks to its characteristic humming sound when starting, it was nicknamed Čmelák (Bumblebee). This type of diesel locomotive was reliable for freight transport as well as for shunting and light passenger transport. The T 669.0 (later 770) series locomotive has six drive axles divided into two three-wheel bogies and an output of approximately 1,400 horsepower, which allowed it to operate on secondary lines and steep inclines. The low axle load also ensured gentle operation on weaker tracks.
