Akiem S.A.S., based in Saint-Ouen near Paris, is a French leasing company specializing in locomotive rentals. It is one of the leading providers of locomotive leasing in the continental European market and owns more than 750 locomotives from various manufacturers. The model was created by overprinting certain details, such as the operating number or descriptions on the frame. These details are modified according to the specific model. Due to the technology used, the overprints may be visible to a certain extent. The locomotive is equipped with a digital DCC decoder with sound, which allows for realistic control and authentic sound effects directly on your digital layout.
