The model of the dual-system ("dual mode") locomotive BR 248 Vectron Dual Mode in the ČD Cargo design from epoch VI in the sound version represents a modern and detailed addition to any railway yard. The typical features of this locomotive are the large side surfaces with distinctive fans and the roof with one pantograph, which faithfully depict the appearance of the real machine.

The model stands out for its precise processing of details - realistic ventilation grilles and bogies with significant depth give the model a very authentic appearance. Structurally, it follows the proven series of models from the manufacturer PIKO.

The drive is provided by a powerful central engine supplemented with two flywheels, which ensure smooth operation. Thanks to diagonally placed bandages, the model is able to reliably pull even longer sets.

This version is equipped with an original PIKO sound decoder from the factory, which allows realistic reproduction of operating sounds and extended digital functions. The lighting of the station and control panel can also be controlled separately.
