The Austrian Federal Railways (ÖBB) 1020 012 electric locomotive is a detailed model in H0 scale (1:87), representing the actual class 1020 locomotive in orange paint with a dark gray roof and bogies. The model is equipped with metal handrails and railings, low-flange wheelsets, and switchable headlights and taillights controlled by a DIP switch, allowing for a realistic display of lights according to the direction of travel.

The history of the prototype dates back to post-war Austria, when 44 E 94 series locomotives from the German DRG were available. In 1952, ÖBB ordered three more locomotives, and in 1954 the designation was changed to class 1020. These locomotives were used for more than five decades in freight and ramp transport throughout almost all of Austria and became typical representatives of Austrian electric locomotives of that period.
